What you will do

• Handle documentation for the affiliate query process.
• Perform reconciliation activities across SPORT, TOPICS, COSMOS, and weekly surveillance processes.
• Generate and support close-out reports, vendor qualification, service provider training, ad hoc reporting, and metrics.
• Perform quality control checks of the Pharmacovigilance Partnership Inventory against contracts, aggregate safety reports, signal assessments, and post-marketing epidemiology study documentation.
• Communicate non-compliance entries and workflow issues clearly to internal and external customers.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a support function such as operations support, clerical technology, data entry, or document specialist work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and work cooperatively with cross-functional peers, team members, and customers.
• Initiative in seeking process improvements and taking on new responsibilities.
