Data Analytics & Compliance Automation Intern - Packaging Compliance

Location: Teparuk, Thailand; onsite role

Company

hirify.global's Global Packaging Engineering group supports packaging development and compliance across worldwide operations for nano-recording head manufacturing.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain packaging compliance databases, master data repositories, and data platforms.
• Build workflows to collect, cleanse, validate, and standardize packaging data from multiple systems and suppliers.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Support automation of compliance reporting and data management processes.
• Support PPWR, EPR, SB343, and other sustainability compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to material mapping, packaging attribute management, data quality improvement, and cross-functional process optimization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, databases, and process improvement concepts.
• Experience working with Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or analytical projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large, incomplete, or inconsistent datasets and identify data-quality improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau, data visualization, process automation, data cleaning, and data validation.
• Interest in master data management, reporting, and digital transformation.
