Business Intelligence Analyst (Jedox/Finance): Building and evolving a business performance platform that connects financial and operational data through Jedox, dashboards, reports, and system interfaces with an accent on consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and data integrity. Focus on designing a consistent performance view for finance and operations, integrating datasets across dimensions, and balancing reliable existing systems with new platform capabilities.
Location: Hybrid work from the The Hague office, Netherlands

is a fast-growing SaaS company building Asset Integrity Management software for the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Energy sectors.
What you will do
- Own the Jedox environment end-to-end, including consolidation, reporting, and the underlying platform.
- Expand the platform into a business performance cockpit connecting operational and financial data.
- Build and evolve dashboards and reports that provide finance and operations with a consistent view of performance.
- Connect datasets and systems across relevant time units and dimensions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, financial consolidation, and operational performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, senior leadership, Commercial, Tech, and other performance enablement teams while shaping the wider data landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or a closely related field.
- Strong commitment to data integrity and a solid understanding of financial fundamentals.
- Knowledge of consolidation, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, finance stakeholders, and senior leadership, adapting the level of detail to the audience.
- Ability to define priorities, take ownership, and manage competing priorities in a newly created role.
- Experience balancing reliable existing systems with the development of new capabilities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Jedox or comparable platforms such as Anaplan, Tagetik, Vena, Pigment, Cognos, or OneStream.
- Experience working across finance, commercial, and engineering teams.
- Experience contributing to or shaping a data platform strategy.
