Salary: CAD 90,000–130,000 per year, based on experience and skills, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based corporate bonus.

What you will do
- Own apparel development from design handoff through pre-production approval across the full collection.
- Translate athlete insights, trend research, and brand vision into performance-led apparel solutions covering materials, construction, fit, and aesthetics.
- Source fabrics, create technical packs, test prototypes, and manage product development in a PLM system.
- Lead prototyping, wear testing, sample approvals, pattern development, construction, and fit work with manufacturing partners.
- Manage supplier relationships, development timelines, SMU, collaboration, and custom projects.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, content, athletes, and ambassadors to align product development with performance feedback and go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in apparel or textile technical development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical apparel development experience, ideally in performance cycling, technical outdoor apparel, or activewear.
- Strong knowledge of patterning, garment construction, high-performance textiles, and advanced materials.
- Experience with cost engineering, target costs, and margin requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; PLM experience is an asset.
- Strong organization, communication, time management, problem-solving, and international travel capabilities.

- Personal experience as a cyclist or passionate sports enthusiast.
- Experience with sustainable materials selection, durability, circularity, and technical cycling apparel.
