OTC/FX Associate Specialist, Integrated Portfolio Services

What you will do

• Act as an escalation point for internal teams and clients and serve as an OTC/FX product subject matter expert.
• Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinating dependencies.
• Confirm, settle, and accurately reflect OTC and FX trades, including swap cash flows, unwinds, fees, resets, premiums, corporate actions, and dividends or coupons.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and trade breaks with trading desks, control groups, clients, and counterparties.
• Process periodic resets for vanilla and exotic IRS, CDS, and equity OTC products and review transaction agreements and modifications.
• Work with IT to develop and enhance the trade management system and assist with global staff training.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in FX or OTC structured and derivatives product operations.
• Experience settling and reviewing documentation for OTC structured and derivatives products.
• Strong knowledge of OTC and FX trade operations, transaction discrepancies, operational risk, and time-sensitive processing.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel macros, Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with TradeServ, MarkitWire/MarkitTradeManager, and eConfirm.
• Knowledge of non-vanilla IRS, CDS, and equity OTC products, ISDA documentation, and OTC regulations including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, ASIC, and MAS.
• Bachelor’s degree.
