What you will do

• Edit and produce marketing campaigns, brand stories, social media clips, internal communications, and video or podcast content.
• Collaborate with the Video Manager and creative teams to interpret briefs, develop narratives, and create visually cohesive content.
• Perform advanced editing, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Manage media assets and workflows from raw footage through final delivery.
• Use AI-driven tools to improve editing efficiency, creativity, and production quality.
• Mentor junior editors, freelancers, and contractors while adapting content for multiple platforms and audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or related creative roles.
• Experience producing high-quality content for marketing, brand, or digital platforms.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, producers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Based in Colombia.
