What you will do
- Build and execute narrative strategies for the CEO and senior executives across LinkedIn, X, and Substack.
- Grow owned channels through high-intent audience engagement, prioritizing founders, investors, financial ecosystem leaders, and talent.
- Develop and launch integrated campaigns combining written content, short-form audiovisual assets, and PR amplification.
- Establish a repeatable editorial pipeline producing 3–5 high-quality pieces per week and reducing executive interview-to-publication turnaround to under 48 hours.
- Translate complex technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory topics into accessible, authentic narratives.
- Coordinate content workflows across Legal, Compliance, Brand, Product, People, and PR.
Requirements
- Strong executive thought partnership, editorial judgment, and ability to shape leadership voices.
- Deep experience managing LinkedIn, X, Substack, short-form video, publishing strategies, and channel-native dynamics.
- Track record of audience growth and full-funnel narrative campaign execution.
- Strong awareness of regulatory, reputational, and compliance risks in financial communications.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and execute content projects autonomously.
- Rigorous use of channel performance metrics and a high-accountability approach to continuous improvement.
