What you will do
- Perform procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work.
- Qualify suppliers, issue requests for proposals, and evaluate submitted proposals.
- Maintain subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.
- Oversee subcontract procurement and administration activities on the project.
- Establish priorities, interpret internal and external issues, and develop best practices.
- Direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science, engineering, business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of directly related experience.
- Ability to apply broad field knowledge, judgment, and interpersonal skills while following policies, procedures, and business strategy.
- Ability to work as part of the PMC Angola-based team in Luanda.
