SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant/Manager

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consultants across implementation, support, and optimization engagements.
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and provide solution leadership across client projects.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP ECP solutions.
• Oversee payroll schemas, rules, wage types, calculations, retroactivity, compliance requirements, and system troubleshooting.
• Advise clients, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and support proposals, estimates, and business development.
• Guide integrations between Employee Central, ECP, Benefits, Time Management, Finance, and third-party systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Payroll experience, including significant hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing consulting, implementation, or support teams.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing logic, retroactive accounting, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading SAP ECP implementations, upgrades, transformations, managed services, integrations, and multiple consulting projects.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or Employee Central certification.
• Experience with multi-country payroll, SAP Time Management, Employee Central, SAP BTP, reporting, or legacy payroll migrations.
• Experience leading payroll consulting practices, managed payroll services, sales pursuits, solutioning, or pre-sales activities.
