What you will do

  • Prepare electrical design deliverables for transformer and switchgear monitoring systems, including wiring and loop diagrams, schematics, panel arrangements, cable lists, and bills of materials.
  • Integrate Switchgear Condition Monitoring solutions into AIS/GIS projects and align them with project drawings and site interfaces.
  • Review customer single-line diagrams and technical specifications, participate in design reviews, and manage documentation through approval, construction, and as-built stages.
  • Develop installation, commissioning, and field-wiring documentation.
  • Configure digital substation communication protocols, including IEC 61850, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, and OPC UA.
  • Verify AC/DC power distribution and panel thermal performance, and support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and as-built data updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience in industrial or utility projects; motivated graduates with strong technical skills are welcome.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage systems and substation automation concepts.
  • Ability to read and produce electrical schematics and layouts, with basic knowledge of thermal and electrical load calculations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; database management and SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong written and spoken English, a Category B driving licence, a valid passport for EU travel, and willingness to travel up to 30% are required.
