What you will do
- Own account health and day-to-day delivery for transcreation and voiceover projects across multiple markets, brands, and channels.
- Receive and action briefs, define costs and timelines, and allocate work to vendors and project contributors.
- Manage project budgets, status updates, reporting, purchase orders, invoices, and linguist administration.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with central and local clients.
- Support the Language & Culture roadmap by contributing to future-facing language, AI, and automation solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing translation or voiceover management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of language services workflows and industry best practices.
- Experience localizing marketing campaigns for multiple countries, media, and channels.
- Strong, precise communication skills and confident client management.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, quality ownership, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of translation management systems, translation memories, terminology management, and vendor management.
Nice to have
- Current knowledge of or interest in AI developments in translation and voiceover.
- Experience with TMS tools or project management software.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Working awareness of digital production processes.
