Focus on designing practical exercises, assessing competency, coaching trainees, and maintaining safe, effective workshop operations.

What you will do
- Deliver classroom and hands-on workshop training for fresh graduate technicians in an apprenticeship program.
- Teach CNC milling, CNC turning, G-Code and M-Code programming, technical drawings, metrology, manufacturing processes, and production quality standards.
- Guide trainees on machine setup, operation, tooling selection, machining techniques, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
- Develop lesson plans, practical exercises, workshop projects, and assessment materials aligned with manufacturing standards.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching and feedback, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices while ensuring CNC equipment and workshop resources remain ready and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining operations.
- Strong experience operating and programming CNC milling and CNC turning machines, including G-Code and M-Code.
- Knowledge of machine setup, tooling selection, cutting parameters, machining optimization, technical drawings, GD&T, measurement techniques, and metrology equipment.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, quality standards, production environments, technical assessments, and competency evaluation.
- Fluent English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering technical training, coaching apprentices, or supervising workshop activities.
- Familiarity with Siemens SINUMERIK control systems.
