TL;DR
Senior Organic Growth Expert (SEO/GEO): Owns and scales PayFit’s organic growth strategy across markets, combining SEO, GEO, content, technical web performance, link building, affiliate growth, and AI-powered workflows with an accent on measurable acquisition and revenue impact. Focus on leading technical audits, improving visibility in AI-generated answers, building scalable content and page structures, and automating organic growth processes with strong quality controls.

Location: Based in France, with flexibility to work anywhere in France and an expectation to work from the Paris office one to two days per month.

hirify.global provides SaaS payroll and HRIS software for small and medium-sized businesses across France, Spain, and the UK.

What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s organic growth strategy and roadmap across SEO and GEO, identifying opportunities and measuring traffic, rankings, AI visibility, MQLs, pipeline, and MRR.
  • Lead SEO/GEO content priorities, scalable content and programmatic growth initiatives, link building, digital PR, affiliate growth, and emerging organic acquisition channels.
  • Partner with developers, Tech, Data, Content, Product Marketing, Field, Affiliate, and PR teams on technical organic growth initiatives.
  • Lead audits and improvements covering crawlability, indexation, rendering, web performance, structured data, internal linking, and information architecture.
  • Design AI-powered workflows and automation for content production, optimisation, monitoring, and quality control.
  • Implement and update CMS pages, build scalable templates and content models, and enable marketing teams with SEO/GEO guidelines and tooling.

Requirements

  • Native French.
  • English at full professional proficiency, C1/Advanced.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, organic growth, or a related field, with strong technical SEO/GEO expertise.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Experience working directly with developers and technical teams, using a CMS, and implementing or updating web pages independently.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience or strong interest in link building, digital PR, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Strong interest in AI-powered workflows and automation.
