Junior Third Party Specialist (Fintech): Managing third-party and outsourcing arrangements for a financial platform with an accent on due diligence, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and accurate registers. Focus on monitoring critical providers, maintaining outsourcing and information registers, identifying documentation gaps, and supporting regulatory notifications.
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg; hybrid work with three days per week in-office, including Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional day of choice.

What you will do
- Support the end-to-end management of third-party providers, including critical providers.
- Contribute to due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, exit strategies, and regulatory notifications.
- Help ensure third-party and outsourcing arrangements comply with contracts, regulations, and internal standards.
- Maintain an accurate outsourcing register and support effective governance.
- Maintain and improve the Register of Information for transparency, oversight, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, risk management, compliance, law, economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in third-party or vendor management, risk management, compliance, outsourcing, procurement, internal controls, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of third-party risk, outsourcing risks, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to review information, identify risks and gaps, assess documentation, and draw clear conclusions from evidence.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, ownership, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
