Procurement Data Analyst

What you will do

• Collect, validate, cleanse, analyse, and maintain project data from multiple sources.
• Standardise data outputs and prepare visualisations and dashboards for project reporting and decision-making.
• Analyse cost, schedule, risk, and web usage data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with partner and client teams to define supply chain reporting requirements and establish reportable data sources.
• Build automated reporting systems that generate snapshot reports at agreed intervals.

Requirements

• More than three years of experience in a supply chain or data analyst role within a data centre or construction environment.
• Experience implementing data dashboards and performance reports.
• Understanding of data analytics requirements in the construction industry.
• Experience collecting, cleansing, and analysing cost, schedule, and risk data.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in supply chain, data analysis, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication, excellent IT skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
