D365 BC Lead Functional Consultant

Location: Malta; relocation assistance to Malta is provided

Salary: €60,000–€65,000 per annum

A Big Four professional services firm is expanding its Digital Consulting team and Business Central capability in Malta.

What you will do

• Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central programmes from discovery workshops through design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-launch support.
• Deliver projects covering Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and HR.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage functional delivery, scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Lead workshops, present solutions, contribute to proposals and estimates, and support demonstrations and client discussions.
• Mentor functional consultants and help shape the future delivery approach.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience with Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or substantial functional workstreams.
• Strong hands-on Business Central knowledge and understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing delivery priorities, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and coach consultants.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

• Professional services, consultancy, or Microsoft Partner experience.
• Microsoft certification.
• Spanish, German, or Italian language skills.
