What you will do
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve their root causes to improve system reliability.
- Reduce downtime using open-source technologies and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Translate trading requests into concrete technical requirements.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and plan trading software changes, including exchange migrations and new feature releases.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, developers, systems engineers, network engineers, and performance engineers.
- Support high availability, stability, and performance across low-latency, high-volume data flows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SRE, Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or MLOps Engineer.
- Python and Bash scripting skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes and database querying.
- Solid understanding of the Linux operating system.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and learning skills.

- Experience building and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
