M&S Services Trainee (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end handling of product technical complaints involving medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biologics, and combination products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, medical information, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, legal, risk management, and other stakeholders.
• Assess complaints and maintain records in the appropriate complaint-management database.
• Participate in product-specific complaint meetings and provide data needed for investigations.
• Maintain QMS records, manage discrepancies, and document Hub-related GxP activities in line with regulations and hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in life sciences or healthcare, business administration, engineering, or information technology.
• Availability of 20–40 hours per week for an 18-month internship.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• At least B2 German, spoken and written.
• Problem-solving, analytical, organizational, teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
