What you will do

• Lead and develop the Operations Management team within Fighter Aircraft, BU Gripen.
• Develop processes, structures, and ways of working to improve operational performance.
• Track KPIs and business objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from idea through implementation.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders across the organization on planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Provide management with analysis and performance follow-up to support informed decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership or management experience in operations, business development, or a similar area.
• Experience leading teams and delivering measurable improvement results.
• Experience with KPIs, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to create structure, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into action.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
