Location: Full-time position at the office in Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do
- Act as a local HR focal point for managers and personnel, providing guidance on policies, contracts, onboarding, separations, and personnel matters.
- Coordinate recruitment plans and manage end-to-end hiring processes for national and international affiliate workforce positions.
- Develop and review Terms of Reference and recruitment documentation in line with organizational standards.
- Coordinate interviews, selection panels, candidate evaluations, reports, and onboarding activities.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, separations, HR records, staffing data, and workforce monitoring systems.
- Support wellbeing initiatives and a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources, administration, business, psychology, international relations, social sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, recruitment, or HR support services.
- Working knowledge of English and Ukrainian at proficiency level C.
- Nationality of Ukraine is required.
- Experience with recruitment and selection, contract management, personnel administration, HR policies, databases, records management, and workforce monitoring tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Professional certification in human resources.
- Experience with UN agencies, international organizations, INGOs, or international HR contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR information systems or ERP platforms.
