CloudOps Engineer

Swedish fashion house operating its own stores and wholesale channels worldwide, with a multidisciplinary focus spanning fashion, art, architecture, culture, and sustainability.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across offices, stores, warehouses, and public cloud environments.
• Plan and execute network changes and upgrades, perform capacity monitoring, and investigate recurring faults through root cause analysis.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, cloud identity services, device compliance, application deployment, conditional access, and single sign-on.
• Operate cloud-first hybrid compute, storage, microservices, collaboration, productivity, backup, and restore services.
• Maintain security through patching, threat protection, vulnerability management, hardening, and certificate management.
• Support cloud migration, ITSM processes, automation, documentation, incident escalation, and on-call operations, including travel to sites when required.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or network operations.
• Hands-on network administration experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with public cloud networking and hybrid connectivity, Windows Server administration, virtualization, and Windows MDM through Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of IT security practices, scripting for automation and monitoring, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell automation and monitoring.
• Experience supporting cloud migration and decommissioning of on-premises workloads.
