Strategy & Planning Team Lead (Digital Media)

Location: Remote within EMEA selected countries; applications from outside EMEA are not considered

What you will do

• Manage a planning stream within a pod of up to 7–8 people, with a maximum of 9.
• Align team work with business goals and pod-level strategy while maintaining workflow quality and deadlines.
• Stay involved in all RFPs and RFIs handled by the team.
• Distribute and prioritize tasks, balance workloads, and manage handoffs with Client Services and MPO.
• Lead hiring, interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Identify and escalate team capacity or performance risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media planning.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including 3–5 direct reports.
• Hands-on DSP platform experience or strong multi-platform planning expertise.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level, with confident verbal and written communication.
• Experience with client-facing pitches and strategy presentations.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution, plus demonstrated leadership and advanced presentation skills.
