AI/ML Engineer (Security)

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-enhanced systems that help security researchers navigate large codebases and analyze complex attack surfaces.
• Build production-grade tools using machine learning, agent frameworks, and software-analysis techniques.
• Integrate AI systems with fuzzing, static analysis, dynamic analysis, code review, and related security workflows.
• Apply systems across the full stack, including custom silicon, boot ROMs, firmware, kernels, system frameworks, browsers, and user applications.
• Evaluate systems alongside security researchers and translate advances in fundamental and applied AI into practical tools.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms and evaluation methods.
• Hands-on experience designing agents and working with MCP/tools, observability, evaluations, and self-improvement loops.
• Strong software engineering and programming skills in Python, C, C++, Swift, or Objective-C.
• Effective collaborative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Based in Paris, Ile-de-France, France, with home office available.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling LLM training and fine-tuning, including pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, and alignment.
• Strong interest in security.
• Familiarity with fuzzing, static analysis, code-analysis tooling, reverse engineering, or binary analysis.
