Pre-Launch, Sr Associate

What you will do

• Manage merchant onboarding from contract receipt through installation and handoff to the Launch team.
• Gather merchant requirements and configure POS systems, menus, reporting, and online ordering.
• Coordinate hardware deployment, logistics, installation dates, and marketplace integrations.
• Train merchants on Shift4 products and services and provide white-glove account support.
• Communicate with merchants through email, phone, ticketing, and chat systems.
• Research requested features, resolve configuration issues, and develop solutions for unique merchant needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of hardware platforms, configuration methods, hardware deployment, and logistics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to self-manage, apply critical thinking, conduct research and testing, and solve problems creatively.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations and maintain a positive merchant experience.
• Ability to work from the Center Valley, Pennsylvania office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shift4 Dine.
• Proficiency with Monday.com.
• Spanish proficiency.
