What you will do
- Prepare and dispatch operational shipments through DHL, GO4, and Slovak Post.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare operational reports and track administrative activities, including invoice registration.
- Coordinate supplies and operational materials for internal and outsourced teams.
- Communicate with operations teams, outsourcing partners, and external suppliers.
- Maintain documentation for internal policies and audits, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Secondary school education or higher.
- English at B1 level or higher.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
- The position is suitable for graduates.
