Recruiting Coordinator Intern

What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting activities for the Gaming Talent Acquisition team, primarily supporting Türkiye and European teams.
• Manage candidate applications, responses, and initial exchanges with Talent Acquisition members and hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews for selected gaming positions.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and maintain accurate follow-up in the applicant tracking system.
• Support role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Ensure consistent communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• Available immediately or from January for a six-month internship.
• First experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience or strong interest in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English to engage local candidates and collaborate with a global team.
