What you will do

• Teach Grade 10 Mathematics and Physics lessons aligned with Kenya curriculum requirements.
• Plan and improve lessons with the Learning Design Team, using real-world and enquiry-based approaches.
• Create an organized, inclusive classroom environment and provide accommodations and modifications for students.
• Set ambitious learning goals, track academic outcomes, and provide effective student feedback.
• Build professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues while supporting school-wide behavior programs.
• Serve as a teacher on duty, boarding teacher on duty, or homeroom teacher when required.

Requirements

• TSC certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Science) and qualification to teach two subjects.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Physics.
• Minimum C+ grade in the teaching subjects and in KCSE.
• Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and openness to feedback.
