What you will do

• Manage workloads, client and adviser queries, and escalations in line with KPIs, service levels, agreed timescales, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve ways of working and drive process efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
• Build collaborative relationships across the team, department, organization, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products, systems, attributes, and rules.
• Follow risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Clear communication skills and a friendly, positive manner.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems at the same time.
