Working Student (f/m/d) Global Facility Management Procurement

Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Support global Facility Management Procurement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, supplier analyses, and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Assist with tender preparation, bid evaluations, and supplier assessments.
• Create and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and performance analyses.
• Support global procurement standards, templates, and process implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and other corporate functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in strategic procurement, Facility Management, and international business operations.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
