What you will do
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding, KYC, login, security, and product funnel metrics.
- Query databases and Mixpanel to extract, validate, and reconcile funnel data.
- Maintain tracking dashboards, reports, event definitions, and metric documentation.
- Detect anomalies, threshold breaches, and unusual funnel drop-offs, then escalate significant findings to Product with clear segment and stage context.
- Support ad hoc data pulls, live app testing, competitor benchmarking, and research for funnel optimization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve onboarding and login experiences.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar product or growth analytics role.
- Working familiarity with SQL and database querying, including pulling and joining data.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or a comparable product analytics tool such as Amplitude or GA4.
- Understanding of funnel analysis, conversion rates, drop-offs, and cohort fundamentals.
- Comfort working with large Google Sheets or Excel files for reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication for summarizing actionable data findings.
Nice to have
- Exposure to fintech, KYC or onboarding flows, or regulated industries.
- Basic understanding of authentication and security metrics, including login success rates and fraud indicators.
