Senior Solution Consultant (Data Integration)

What you will do

• Lead technical account engagement throughout the sales cycle for strategic accounts.
• Develop strong knowledge of the hirify.global Platform and deliver product demonstrations, technical pitches, and competitive positioning.
• Answer technical questions covering customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and platform functionality.
• Build or lead custom demonstrations and proofs of concept based on customer requirements.
• Present software solutions to technical stakeholders, business counterparts, and C-level executives.
• Lead RFI and RFP projects, document sales activity, and provide customer feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Five or more years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Consultant, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with web technologies and architectures, including SaaS and web-oriented architectures.
• Experience with enterprise development technologies such as Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services, JMS, and relational databases.
• Experience with business software implementation and integration projects, including ETL/data warehouse architectures, CEP, or BPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices and frameworks.
• Experience integrating packaged applications such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle Financials, and BI tools.
