TL;DR
Product Designer (3D/UX) (AI-powered automotive software): Creating user interfaces, 2D and 3D assets, interactive models, and prototypes for software-defined vehicle technologies with an accent on user behavior analysis, information architecture, and design systems. Focus on designing complex user journeys, optimizing design workflows, and collaborating with development and quality engineering teams.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid

What you will do
- Translate product vision and business requirements into high-quality user experiences.
- Create and edit UI elements, including 2D and 3D assets and interactive 3D models.
- Design information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and key user journeys.
- Use data analysis to understand user behavior and improve UX design.
- Build design systems and optimize product design processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and quality engineering teams on requirements and design improvements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in design-related work.
- Strong skills in user experience design, information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and problem-solving.
- Professional proficiency with Figma, ProtoPie, and similar design tools.
- Experience creating 3D interactive models of varying complexity.
- Fluent English and Polish required.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and balance business and development feasibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, and rendering software.
- Experience designing for mobile, web, AR/VR, or other platforms.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Experience reviewing design specifications, prototypes, and simulations for quality control.
- Experience working with multi-site, multinational, and multi-contributor teams.
