What you will do
- Lead the Travel Unit Services capacity management program using the R.A.D.A.R. framework to align budget, workforce capacity, skills, recruitment plans, and demand forecasts.
- Develop and improve the operating model connecting budget allocation, FTE capacity, workforce footprint, recruitment activity, and portfolio priorities.
- Manage assigned transversal budget lines, including planning, forecasting, monitoring, reporting, risk identification, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate resource and recruitment requests from demand identification through approval, hiring, and staffing progress.
- Establish governance routines, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for capacity, workload, recruitment progress, demand gaps, and delivery risks.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, People & Culture, Lean Portfolio Management, Business Operations Planning, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, program management, financial planning, workforce planning, portfolio management, or Engineering delivery coordination.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and decision-makers in a matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource management, budget management, and operational performance monitoring.
- Ability to translate complex operational and financial information into clear reporting, recommendations, and actionable decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, reporting, dashboard, and KPI skills.
- Structured, data-driven, and continuous-improvement-oriented approach.
