Teamlead QA 80-100% (Pharmaceutical GMP)

Location: Stein, AG, Switzerland; fully site-based. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage the QA Material Management & Supply Chain team across different seniority levels.
• Ensure GMP compliance across the lifecycle of raw materials and primary packaging materials, from sourcing to release.
• Provide QA oversight for material release, warehousing, goods receipt, logistics, material flow, and master data integrity.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier qualification, quality agreements, performance monitoring, and supply chain integrity.
• Manage the introduction and lifecycle of new materials and suppliers, reviewing specifications, SOPs, validation documents, deviations, and changes.
• Act as the escalation point for complex quality issues, support audits and inspections, and drive KPI-based continuous improvement across QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Experienced people leader with a coaching and listening-oriented management style.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with challenging stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
• Extensive QA experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, including material management, warehousing, and supplier quality management.
• Academic degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
