What you will do

• Lead country-level general management and drive operational and financial performance.
• Guide managers and supervisors across complex organizational structures.
• Define long-term strategic plans and transformative policies for country activities.
• Allocate resources, make growth-oriented decisions, and pursue market expansion and diversification opportunities.
• Translate hirify.global’s vision into measurable results and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles focused on general management, business strategy, and operational oversight.
• Experience managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of business growth, market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification strategies.
• Financial acumen, including financial data interpretation, budget management, and achievement of financial objectives.
• Customer focus, adaptability, collaborative working style, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in the IT Strategy & Consulting industry.
• Experience working in diverse international environments and understanding regional market dynamics.
