Business Unit Lead - Protein Powders (gn) - More Nutrition

Location: Remote in Germany, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands, with monthly on-site days at the office in Germany

What you will do

• Own the protein powders category strategy, portfolio, and innovation pipeline.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Work with Product Development and Sales to bring products to market in line with brand positioning.
• Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate product launches across departments.
• Manage product budgets, pricing and forecast models, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of product marketing management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience working for a sports nutrition brand.
• Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Skills in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, product positioning, go-to-market planning, pricing, and distribution.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, market research, and financial planning skills.
