Working Student in Repair & Service Coordination

What you will do

• Coordinate customer returns of systems and subsystems for repair and maintenance.
• Document and control incoming and outgoing system configurations in configuration databases.
• Coordinate communication between customers and repair teams and monitor repair timelines.
• Coordinate compensation shipments with customers, Tier 1 Support, and Fulfillment.
• Manage repair tickets in Jira Service Management and maintain structured documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations while contributing to process and service-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Currently studying management, logistics, supply chain management, production, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, reliable, customer-oriented, and solution-driven working style.
• Ability to manage multiple repair cases, priorities, timelines, configurations, and stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English required.
