Associate AI Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Vimercate, Italy (Flexible)

Compensation: €49,300–€63,800 annual on-target earnings, with commission bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Support customer discovery sessions and identify business challenges, customer experience goals, and AI use cases.
• Build demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable demo environments using hirify.global AI capabilities.
• Configure and test virtual agents, agent assistance, knowledge search, and conversational AI workflows.
• Support integrations with APIs, business systems, and external data sources.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sandbox engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams on technical recommendations, documentation, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, cloud, or AI-related role.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, modern software applications, data structures, databases, and system integrations.
• Foundational programming skills, preferably Python, and interest in cloud platforms and enterprise software.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.

Nice to have

• Internship, university project, bootcamp, or personal project experience involving AI, software development, or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and conversational AI best practices.
• Additional language skills.

Hiring process
