What you will do
- Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
- Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
- Support deployments, releases, and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate troubleshooting across infrastructure, middleware, and application teams.
- Produce operational reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations while contributing to automation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
- Strong expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with containerized and cloud-native environments.
- Technical experience with Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools, Kafka, API gateways, integration platforms, scripting, and automation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in international and multi-vendor environments.
