What you will do

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and sales teams to understand and prioritize customer use cases.
• Lead technical account strategy and execution for hirify.global workloads in strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate internal resources including Professional Services and Product teams to accelerate customer adoption.
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans covering onboarding, enablement, product adoption, and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting and updates on customer health and product usage to leadership.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala programming.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, and escalations with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
