Regional Store Coordinator, Riverline (Nigeria)

Location: Onsite in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria

What you will do

• Manage regional warehouse inventory, including goods received, stock levels, serial-number scanning, and physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate stock receipt from the central warehouse and deliveries to hirify.global stores through third-party transporters.
• Prepare and review weekly inventory and marketing reports for regional stores and aggregate reporting for the HQ Operations team.
• Investigate inventory shortages, theft, stock losses, and unexplained variances, including escalation and police reporting where necessary.
• Monitor store compliance, cleanliness, legal requirements, and operational processes across the region.
• Train and support hirify.global Store Executives, provide cover during leave, and coordinate the return of faulty products to HQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• At least two years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management within a multinational organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, presentation, reporting, stakeholder-management, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with ERP and inventory-management applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
