TL;DR
Sr. Finance Manager NALP (Financial Analysis/Generative AI): Evaluating commercial deals, customer incentives, financial models, forecasts, and strategic investments with an accent on profitability, risk, accounting compliance, and business performance analytics. Focus on structuring sustainable agreements, automating finance processes, applying Generative AI to analysis and reporting, and communicating complex insights to leadership.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Review customer deals, incentive agreements, and commercial proposals for financial impact, profitability, risk, and compliance.
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, investment cases, strategic planning, and business decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and leadership stakeholders to structure commercially sound agreements.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends and prepare management reporting, forecasts, performance analyses, and executive presentations.
- Improve deal-review and finance operations through automation, data analytics, digital solutions, and visualization tools.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with SOX, accounting policies, contractual obligations, and internal controls.
Requirements
- 9 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5 or more years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
- Experience managing finance teams in a commercial, multinational environment.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business performance analytics, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Experience improving and automating finance operations and managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, with appropriate governance and data privacy practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Automate, Python, SQL, or equivalent automation technologies.
- Experience developing professional relationships with leadership across international geographies.
