Associate Creative Director (CGI/AI)

What you will do

• Lead award-winning creative work across CGI, motion design, interactive media, and large-scale digital platforms.
• Direct autonomous and multidisciplinary teams, including specialized CGI artists working across animation, modeling, rigging, lighting, and compositing.
• Establish creative direction for production and motion graphics projects, ensuring strategically sound and visually compelling outcomes.
• Provide hands-on guidance across compositing, grading, retouching, finishing, and complex production pipelines.
• Develop creative briefs with clients and strategists and lead new business pitches for global clients.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows, including ComfyUI, open-source models, LoRA training, JSON-based prompting, and Google partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience at Associate Creative Director level or in a comparable art and design leadership role.
• Strong background in art direction, motion graphics, CGI production, and the full workflow from modeling to post-production.
• Advanced craft expertise in compositing, grading, retouching, finishing, editing, and motion retouching.
• Experience using state-of-the-art AI production models and selecting, prompting, and combining model outputs effectively.
• Track record of leading award-winning work across European and global markets.
• Strong client relationship, presentation, communication, and public creative leadership skills.
