Software Engineer, Mobile (Crypto): Building and scaling high-performance native iOS or Android applications for crypto trading, payments, user engagement, and growth systems with an accent on mobile architecture, API design, performance, and network resilience. Focus on designing reliable modular features for millions of users, integrating AI-assisted development workflows, and maintaining quality through testing, security, monitoring, and CI/CD.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR; onsite. Applicants with a current right to work in Hong Kong are prioritized, and visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain modular native mobile features for iOS or Android used by millions of users.
- Make technical decisions covering mobile architecture, API design, performance optimization, and offline and network resilience.
- Build mobile experiences for payment, trading, user acquisition, engagement, and product growth systems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, backend engineering, security, and regional teams.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and uphold standards for reviews, testing, security, and monitoring.
- Use AI coding tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern productivity workflows to support rapid iteration.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building, shipping, or maintaining production native mobile applications.
- Experience with iOS using Swift or Objective-C, or Android using Kotlin or Java.
- Strong understanding of mobile system design, clean architecture, memory management, testing, and performance tuning.
- Ability to apply AI coding tools and improve personal engineering workflows.
- Ability to own end-to-end features and drive execution independently.
- Current right to work in Hong Kong is prioritized; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, crypto, digital payments, high-concurrency consumer applications, or growth systems.
- Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, experimentation frameworks, or attribution tools.
