Focus on building scalable governance systems, managing multi-million-euro budgets, aligning Technical Engineering leadership, and ensuring operational resilience across European sites.
Location: Sevenum, Netherlands, with regular travel across European sites and required onsite presence in Sevenum. Home working may be arranged, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do
- Define and execute the European Facility Management strategy for logistics, warehouse, headquarters, and office properties.
- Lead governance, compliance, operational continuity, and performance across a multi-country FM portfolio.
- Build and empower a decentralized international Facility Management organization.
- Provide strategic direction to the Technical Engineering function responsible for conveyor and automation maintenance.
- Manage budgets, vendor strategy, CAPEX/OPEX planning, KPIs, reporting, and management systems.
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and executive leadership across Europe.
Requirements
- 10+ years of international Facility Management experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in strategic Facility Management leadership and managing large multi-country portfolios.
- Demonstrated responsibility for budgets in the multi-million-euro range.
- Ability to build structure, governance, scalable processes, and clear accountability models.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across European sites and work onsite in Sevenum.
- Fluent or business-level English is mandatory.
