What you will do

• Identify and attract specialized candidates for niche semiconductor-industry positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements.
• Use online platforms, social media, networking, targeted campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Pre-screen candidates and present qualified profiles, market insights, and sourcing recommendations to hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and other sourcing systems while improving sourcing processes and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Three years of sourcing or recruiting experience required.
• Deep sourcing experience and industry knowledge in a specialized market are required.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training through hirify.global TalentCloud and ACE certification are required.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
• Strong communication, research, market analysis, data-handling, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
