Senior Executive, Analytics & Insights (Retail)

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for retail clients across Indonesia through phone and email.
• Advise clients on Retail Measurement Services resources, tools, data standards, analyses, and methodologies.
• Prepare clear analyses, charts, reports, data extracts, validations, and brand performance reviews.
• Monitor service delivery KPIs with Client Service and Operations teams and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain communication with account teams and senior management, documenting client inquiries, risks, and resolutions.
• Organize resource library content and support thought leadership case studies.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in market research or a similar role.
• English proficiency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, functions, and charts.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
• Customer-oriented approach, problem-solving ability, collaboration skills, and experience using technology for solution or process automation.
