Focus on resolving complex mobility issues, maintaining accurate AssignmentPro documentation, improving global processes, and mentoring junior team members.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end international permanent move processes across defined geographies.
- Manage relationships with employees, People & Culture, country teams, relocation vendors, and legal representatives.
- Track cases, documentation, and data quality throughout the move lifecycle in AssignmentPro.
- Resolve and escalate operational issues while ensuring compliance with international mobility policies and operating models.
- Provide Level 2 employee support through ServiceNow and contribute to mobility projects, process improvements, audits, and knowledge transfer.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior colleagues, and lead end-to-end initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in HR Services and significant experience in global mobility management and international assignment processes.
- Understanding of HR processes, including payroll, GDPR, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and AssignmentPro.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a structured, customer-focused approach.
- Strong English knowledge at minimum B2–C1 level is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, finance, consulting, or another regulated and complex industry.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
