Cyber Security & Resiliency Consultant (Cybersecurity): Designing and improving business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and crisis management capabilities for enterprise clients with an accent on resilience assessments, recovery strategies, and critical infrastructure protection. Focus on conducting business impact analyses, defining RTO/RPO objectives, evaluating isolated recovery environments, and facilitating recovery testing and crisis exercises.

What you will do
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses and identify critical business services, processes, applications, infrastructure components, and dependencies.
- Assess business and IT resilience capabilities and define improvement opportunities.
- Design Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery strategies, Cyber Recovery solutions, recovery priorities, scenarios, sequencing, and RTO/RPO objectives.
- Evaluate backup, restore, immutability, isolated recovery environments, clean rooms, and data protection capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops with business, IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and executive stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate crisis management exercises, recovery testing programs, assessments, roadmaps, recovery plans, and executive presentations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, crisis management, or operational resilience.
- Proven consulting experience delivering client-facing projects.
- Experience leading workshops, performing assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables.
- Experience with Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Recovery, recovery testing, RTO/RPO, dependency mapping, and critical service analysis.
- Knowledge of backup, restore, immutability, isolated recovery environments, clean room solutions, and data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams or engagements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, ISO 22301, or other resilience-related frameworks.
