Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; full-time in-person work at the Berlin office

Salary: €80K–€120K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Manage dozens of projects and topics, identify bottlenecks, synthesize plans, and ensure follow-through.
• Prepare the Co-CEO for key decisions and support strategic workstreams across hirify.global’s expanding product surface.
• Structure and challenge ideas, turning them into keynotes, essays, videos, panels, interviews, and events.
• Translate customer insights and research into thought leadership on AI in Europe without ghostwriting.
• Design executive engagement experiences with Marketing and support go-to-market activities.
• Prepare and follow through on policy work and initiatives across the European AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in consulting, investing, or a fast-growing startup.
• Deep interest in technology and AI, with a strong belief in technological progress.
• Excellent judgment, clear writing, strong speaking skills, and the ability to operate across multiple contexts.
• Professional fluency in German and English is required.
• Discretion, trustworthiness, persistence, and the ability to take ownership without being asked.
• Comfort with a highly demanding role that includes some travel.
